Breaking barriers
LTNtech Voices was started due to a lack of representation of Latin individuals at 1871. We’re taking the leap forward and creating a CRG where Latinos can be better represented, both inside and outside of our community.
We’re working towards breaking down barriers of racial and inequality issues, alongside language barriers so that members in our community can expand their ideas and have their voices heard.

Founded by a committee of Latin 1871 team members with the goal of equity, inclusivity, and representation across all levels of the team, our members & partners, and the larger tech world.
LTNtech Voices believes that by uniting and amplifying the voices of Latino entrepreneurs and leaders, we can collectively contribute to a brighter and more inclusive future for all. Together, we aim to make a lasting impact on the industries we represent and the communities we serve.

Program breakdown
Workshops
Cohort members will attend four workshops, one per month. Programming includes topics that are designed to help participants develop their best professional self and leadership skills.
Facilitated forum
Through peer-led forums, participants will build a lasting support network beyond their companies. These sessions will allow attendees to apply workshop teachings to real-life challenges while learning from insights shared by guest speakers.
Mentoring
Participants will be matched with a “Super Mentor” to partner with regularly during and after the program.
