Our WMNtech Founders affinity program unlocks a new world of opportunities for women founders through peer-learning, dedicated 1:1 mentoring, and exclusive programming.

• Runs once a year, every spring

• Time committed – Tuesdays, 3:00 – 5:00 PM CST for 10 weeks

Program breakdown

Open to all women-identifying tech founders at any stage of their business development. WMNtech Founders is comprised of four parts:


Private, not-to-be-recorded sessions where we walk through different frameworks of discussions to share, relate, uplift, and more. 

EIR office hours

Dedicated Entrepreneur-In-Residence (EIR) to discuss anything related to a member’s business, reserved through our member portal.


Panels of experts led by a moderator with Q&A from the cohort.


Part lecture, part peer-to-peer guided discussions of important topics such as:

  • Owning the Room and Playing to Your Strengths
  • Tackling Tough Conversations
  • Confronting Imposter Syndrome

Meet WMNtech Founders Entrepreneur-in-Residence

With over 14 years of diverse experience spanning entrepreneurship, business development, sales, marketing, and consulting, Liz is deeply committed to supporting fellow entrepreneurs in building and expanding their ventures. Serving as a Mentor and Entrepreneur in Residence at 1871, Liz specializes in providing guidance to women-led startups, covering critical areas such as cofounder dynamics, go-to-market strategies, sales planning, and product testing. Liz is passionate about leveraging her strategic, growth-oriented, and analytical expertise to help entrepreneurs overcome challenges and achieve their objectives.
