Equity, inclusivity, and allyship
Named in honor of Pride, PRDtech Voices is a resource offering founded by a committee of LGBTQIA+1871 team members with the goal of inclusive innovation across all levels of the 1871 team, our members, partners, and the larger tech world.
PRDtech Voices joins BLKtech Voices as our latest community resource! Launched in 2021, BLKtech Voices is led by a committee of Black 1871 team members and serves as an important resource under our BLKtech affinity offerings, with regular programming including our Cameras Off, Coffee Talks series and our signature event Juneteenth.
Increasing equity
by leading constructive conversations that foster new paths forward for continual self-improvement.
Building community
by hosting regular events where our community of members, alumni, partners, & supporters can come together to listen, learn & support.
Informing allyship
by educating and engaging allies across our 1871 community through awareness and training programs.

A stronger and more inclusive tech environment is a priority to us, and so we understand that the commitment begins with us. PRDtech Voices is our internal ERG led by the LGBTQ+ community that strives to educate and empower our employees, build a coalition of allies devoted to inclusive innovation, and promote equity across all levels of 1871 through programming and honest discussion.
- Educate and engage allies across our 1871 community through awareness and training programming
- Encourage constructive discussion with informative roundtable conversations and open forums
- Create new paths toward continual self-improvement across 1871 and its network of founders, growth-scalers, and innovators
