About the cohort
How is the program run? 1871 & Ethos, a culture consulting meets diversity, equity, and inclusion firm, have partnered for the curriculum, experience, and execution of the program.
Participants in this cohort are mid-career, Black and Latin professionals with 3-10 years of experience working in a technical-facing role. This initiative is open to all gender identities.
The cohort is 100% virtual, meeting one Friday per month from 9.15.23 – 12.14.23 for curated peer-driven forums, group coaching sessions, leadership development workshops, and more.
Each cohort member is paired with a volunteer “Super Mentor”, meeting several times outside the allotted Friday sessions for leadership, personal, and professional development insight.
Thank you to our mentors who have volunteered to support this program and their mentees with their dedicated time, experience, and expertise.
While Tech Leaders is one cohort, its peer-driven forums and group coaching sessions are split into two groups— the Black Technical Track and the Latin Technical Track, to equip each group with the necessary tools and resources to amplify their development and meet their primary takeaways of the program.
