Featuring

Meet the Speaker:

Kirsten Ramos – President, Elevate Performance Solutions, Inc. For over 13 years, Kirsten Ramos has motivated individuals to look within themselves to work more effectively with others. Kirsten starts all client relationships by getting to know the behaviors of employees and the culture of the organization, through the training requestors’ eyes. After the initial needs assessment, Kirsten builds customized learning courses that uncover the “why” for learning. This helps participants understand the need to take time away from their daily job responsibilities to attend training. She also believes that training doesn’t have to take up an entire day, to be successful. As an engaging facilitator, Kirsten has an easy-going, yet polished, style that clients appreciate. Many former participants have shared they didn’t want to attend a “training session,” but walked away with skills they could implement the next day.
