When it comes to the art of management, everyone has their own unique style. From peers and supervisors to other teams, this course will help you expand your management skills cross-functionally and inspire results throughout your entire organization.

In our careers, we will need to manage a lot of stakeholders to reach our goals as individuals, and also our team goals. In this session, participants will actively learn about:

  • Being more authentic to get better results with the team, your supervisor and your peers
  • Understanding executive presence and how to bring the best versions of yourself forward
  • The value of listening to others and knowing how you can help them, before you ask them to help you
  • Moving people who do not report to you, to action.

Meet the Speaker:

Kirsten Ramos – President, Elevate Performance Solutions, Inc. For over 13 years, Kirsten Ramos has motivated individuals to look within themselves to work more effectively with others. Kirsten starts all client relationships by getting to know the behaviors of employees and the culture of the organization, through the training requestors’ eyes. After the initial needs assessment, Kirsten builds customized learning courses that uncover the “why” for learning. This helps participants understand the need to take time away from their daily job responsibilities to attend training. She also believes that training doesn’t have to take up an entire day, to be successful. As an engaging facilitator, Kirsten has an easy-going, yet polished, style that clients appreciate.
