Get to know Adrian

is committed to serving the public, working at the intersection of data and analysis, using technology and social science to design policies that work for society. He is passionate about microeconomics and entrepreneurship, developing strategies to help Latino business owners achieve their full potential. Adrian holds a master’s degree in Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy at The University of Chicago. He received his bachelor’s in law L.L.B. at the Autonomous University of Baja California. He also completed the Leading Economic Growth Program from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Adrian also is certified in econometrics, and digital marketing and integrated communications. He has dedicated his professional career to advocating for the community. Adrian has experience working in government, nonprofits and the private sector. He worked for the federal Mexican government in Baja California as a legal affairs coordinator before joining the Consulate of Mexico in Fresno, California, in its cultural and community affairs department.

Get to know Bridget

She is a tech-enabled, human-first career coaching platform for women swinging from the broken rung of the corporate ladder. Prior to launching SANDWINA, Bridget founded and ran a consultancy advising and coaching c-level executives from some of the world’s largest and most recognizable brands, including Walmart, McDonalds, CVS, Mars Wrigley, Lockheed Martin, Follett and Lenscrafters. In her 15+ years of coaching executives, she unlocked growth and opportunities for her clients and decided to disrupt corporate America by making coaching more accessible to women stuck in the middle. Bridget graduated from Vanderbilt University with a degree in communication, was an adjunct professor at Loyola University Chicago, and received a certificate from the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leadership Institute at Loyola’s Baumhart Center. She lives in Chicago with her husband, two kids, and an English Bulldog named Donut.
