WMNtech Leaders is a program designed to inspire, equip, and support women-identifying tech leaders in maximizing their strengths, overcoming obstacles, and building relationships with seasoned innovators and dedicated mentors. Since its inception in 2019, the cohort-based experience has propelled emerging leaders into roles of influence, creating parity in the workplace and strengthening the future of the workforce.

To qualify for WMNtech Leaders, potential participants must exhibit promise in their current roles and demonstrate how they will benefit from support, and transform that support into increased responsibility. The average work experience of participants ranges from three to ten years and all cohort members must be in either a technical or market-facing role.

The 2025 cohort is 100% virtual and meets every 3 weeks from May to July, concluding with a graduation ceremony. Throughout the experience, participants will attend workshops designed to develop leadership skills, engage in peer-led forums where they will apply workshop teachings to real-life challenges, and meet regularly with a Super Mentor.
