About PRDtech Voices:
The density and diversity of our 1871 community is our major strength, and we’re committed to continue to create new ways for our members, team, & partners to find true belonging and support. PRDtech Voices is a new resource founded by a committee of LGBTQIA+ 1871 team members with the goal of fostering inclusive innovation across our organization and the larger tech world.
PRDtech Voices will provide resources, education, & programming to:
- Increase equity by leading constructive conversations that foster new paths forward for continual self-improvement
- Build community by hosting regular events where our community of members, alumni, partners, & supporters can come together to listen, learn, & support
- Inform allyship by educating and engaging allies across our 1871 community through awareness and training programs
