About this event

Setting boundaries can be challenging to navigate because most of us are never taught this vital skill. However, learning to set healthy boundaries is necessary to help dictate how we approach relationships, beliefs, change and life experiences. Our boundaries let us know what our needs are and clarify how to take care of ourselves mentally, physically and emotionally.

In this webinar, Coach Jill will help you to understand:

  • Why boundaries are necessary for living a healthy life
  • Tips and guidance for how to properly set boundaries
  • Why ‘No’ is the new ‘Yes’
  • Examples of small habits to build to support with boundary setting

Meet the Speaker:

Jill Dreisilker is a Certified Health & Life Coach at Ama La Vida, specializing in self-confidence. Jill’s foundational coaching belief is that everyone has the power to change their life no matter what their past looks like. She spent most of her young-adult life struggling with body image, self-esteem, and mental health. It wasn’t until she invested in her own coach that she was able to heal her relationship with her body, improve her health, and start living more confidently and authentically. Jill has taken her personal recovery, along with years of coaching and research to create a holistic approach that helps others heal and create new, healthier habits so they can also unleash their own strengths and power.
