Foram Sheth is the Chief Coaching Officer & Co-founder of Ama La Vida, an innovative career, leadership, life and health coaching company. Foram has been featured in publications like CNN, CNBC and The Chicago Tribune, where she shares her vision of making coaching accessible to people of all age groups and socioeconomic statuses. Foram is an adjunct faculty at Northwestern University and has a Masters in Learning and Organizational Change with her coaching certification in Organizational and Leadership Coaching from Northwestern University.

Health and safety
The health and safety of our guests is of the utmost priority to 1871. All in-person attendees are required to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination before entering, and we ask that anyone who is feeling under the weather switch to our virtual programming.
Additionally, in-person guests are required to wear a mask when moving around the 1871 space, and encouraged to do so when in meeting rooms unless they are eating or drinking. Social distancing and spaced seating will be utilized and encouraged as possible.
We are closely monitoring the health situation and will make adjustments as needed to ensure that all attendees are able to enjoy the programming safely.
