Unprecedented disruption during the pandemic forced many organizations to view their core business in a new light. Companies where innovation is intrinsic to the culture pulled ahead of competitors mired in uncertainty, adjusting rapidly and testing new approaches to meet customers’ needs. As change continues to characterize our “new normal,” it’s evident that developing a culture where innovation thrives is critical to success.

Join experts from CapTech to learn how leading organizations have developed a culture of innovation. We’ll identify key pitfalls to avoid, discuss how to start an innovation journey within an organization, and how to achieve value from innovation as part of a long-term agenda.
