Moderator- Nancy Munro, CEO of Verbal Transactions, has over 30 years in helping organizations implement and deploy voice enablement solutions.  Nancy has worked with organizations like CVS, AT&T, and Microsoft, helping them decipher how best to address performance challenges that align with their structural capabilities and revenue goals.

Nancy has pioneered voice-enabled technologies and simulations in the corporate space and was the first to launch an interactive audio role-playing simulator. Her current solutions leverage speech recognition and AI to provide a scalable and immersive learning application.

Nancy speaks at various conferences such as the Amazon Voice Summit, DevConf, eLearning Guild, ASTD, and AA-ISP and was the Chair of the MIT Enterprise Forum of Chicago for three years.

Panelist- Juliana Ceja, is a Lead Agile Coach at HERE Technologies – the world’s #1 Location Platform. When she’s not supporting teams to enable the autonomous world, Juliana volunteers her time with Black Ecosystem, a Nonprofit dedicated to turning teens from underserved communities into Entrepreneurs. 

Juliana is an experienced technology professional who has spent the majority of the last decade working with AI / Tech in the logistics and transportation sector in roles ranging from Software Business Analyst to Program Manager and Agile Coach. In her current role, she coaches teams across the globe on process improvement with a focus on Agile methodologies, product management, systems thinking, and team dynamics. Her past experience includes program management of technology initiatives for Middle Mile Transportation at Amazon and as a Senior Agile Consultant for Centare, a software development consulting firm. Her career in tech started during her time at Coyote Logistics, a UPS-owned start-up, where she learned about software development as a Business Analyst and IT Project Manager. 

Juliana enjoys hiking and traveling with her family. She resides in Chicago’s Medical District with her husband and 2 daughters.

Panelist- Ron Olson, is the Founder and President of 1st Call Technical Services, Inc. The company provides LiDAR 3D Mapping and Modeling services to clients throughout North America. Using state-of-the-art sensors and sophisticated software the firm provides clients with incredibly detailed data and models for use in Transportation, Alternative Energy, and Environmental Monitoring. Fulfilling the promise of technology to the construction industry has been the primary goal of the firm since its inception. Mr. Olson is a highly experienced Construction professional with the heart of a technologist. Having traveled extensively in his early roles he has worked on major projects in the Mining, Power and Environmental fields. He has witnessed firsthand the development of GPS and Autonomous Vehicle (off-road) technology from their earliest beginnings which promised to change the way he worked. He still proudly keeps his first business laptop charged and ready to travel (Zenith MastersPORT 386SX)!

Ron is a U.S. Army veteran. Having spent a total of 6 years in the Army as a Military Policeman, he is proud to have 1st Call recognized as a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) at the Federal, State, and Local levels. He is active in both professional and charitable organizations. Each fall participating in Wreaths Across America at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.

Panelist – Ilya Sagalovich, founded Havenshine Technologies with the idea that humans can automate certain tasks, and, at the same time, help make our world cleaner and safer. Havenshine is an early-stage startup developing autonomous systems for outdoor machines and is working with leading OEMs of commercial-grade electrical mowers.

​Prior to founding Havenshine, Ilya worked as a senior engineer and product owner at HERE Technologies. In that role, Ilya led key initiatives in improving quality and reducing costs of backend cloud services for connected autonomous vehicles. Before HERE Technologies, Ilya worked on safety-critical systems, robotics, vehicle software, and embedded hardware at Navistar, Qualcomm, and Broadcom.

​Ilya holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo and has 4 patents in map data processing, vehicle systems, and engine controls.
