She leads a team of colleagues who are thought leaders, subject matter experts and directors of diligence related to defined growth initiatives and innovation at scale. Her team is dedicated to new programs–from ideation, development, and through to deployment–on products and solutions which drive Aon’s Innovation strategy worldwide.

Daniel Vera – Vice President R&D Product Technical Performance for Cookies & Mainstream Chocolate
Daniel Vera a Global Research & Development Executive with 19 years of multinational food industry experience across 4 different countries Mexico, United Kingdom, Italy, and USA. Currently the Vice President of R&D for at Ferrero responsible for the successful Product Technical Performance and in market implementation of the Cookies, Cones, Pie Crusts and Mainstream Chocolate brands in North America. Received his BSc. Engineer in Food Industries from Tecnologico de Monterrey in Mexico and a MSc. Agri-food from the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom. His professional journey began in 2004 with PepsiCo International where he had the opportunity to work fourteen years based in Mexico and in the United Kingdom. Since 2018 he transitioned to Ferrero in Italy and from October 2019 based in USA.
