Panelist Michelle Gansle, Vice President, Global Insights & Analytics at McDonald’s

Michelle leads the McDonald’s Global Insights, Analytics and Data Science organization.  Michelle and her team connect data and human truth with business strategy to drive growth.

Michelle brings outstanding experience to her role, having most recently driven the insights transformation at Mars Wrigley. Here she pushed the boundaries of Martech and Digital Adoption to create a more future-focused organization with the development of a dedicated Foresight Team.  Michelle has 28 years of experience in Marketing, Market Research & Business Development for several global Fortune 500 Companies, including Dell Computers, Clorox, Nestle, and Mars. Her knowledge of the latest tools and techniques in customer-first insight generation will lend well to influencing the business and cultural evolution.

Michelle has high integrity and a people-focused leadership style. Her passion for supporting diverse teams in realizing their potential shines through, as does her love of the McDonald’s business and brand.

Before living in Chicago, Michelle had the opportunity to live and work in Europe for four years.  In her free time, Michelle loves music, traveling the world, and checking out new restaurants. She hopes to get to 100+ countries in her lifetime.

Panelist- Michelle “MSJ” St. Jacques, Chief Marketing Officer at Molson Coors

MSJ is on a mission to build brands that more people want to hang out with. Since she joined Molson Coors as the chief marketing officer at the start of 2019, she has combined her passion for marketing with her inherent talent for modernizing iconic brands, reshaping the company’s marketing vision in the process.

Her vision can be felt strongly within new innovations like Simply Spiked Lemonade and Topo Chico Hard Seltzer, and in recent advertising with Coors Light’s “Made to Chill” campaign and Miller Lite’s “beer’s beer” point of view. Michelle’s willingness to buy bold, unexpected ideas and “move at the speed of culture” has resulted in more buzz and excitement around Molson Coors brands than ever before.

While Michelle’s track record and progressive approach to building brand equity have made her stand out in the field of marketing, her goal of leading the industry in building inclusive brands and ‘inviting more people to the bar’ has reinvigorated the Molson Coors marketing team. 

Prior to Molson, Michelle previously led global brand & capabilities at The Kraft Heinz Company. She is originally from Toronto, and now lives in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood. When she isn’t playing outside with her two sons, or talking beer to her sommelier husband, Michelle loves to run, make things and travel.

Panelist – Dondeena Bradley, Vice President of Health & Wellness Strategy and Innovation at Mars

Dondeena leads the Wellbeing Center of Expertise for Mars based in Chicago, IL, where she serves as the global lead for health & wellbeing portfolio strategic initiatives.  In 2019, Tiller/Simon & Schuster published her book Living Full Circle: Simple Ancient Rituals for Modern Life, which identifies the benefits of wellbeing practices and translates them into practical ways that people can adopt into their daily lives.]

She has spent thousands of hours challenging teams to deliver breakthroughs in areas focused on human health and wellbeing with consistent success in diverse cultures at several companies, including Campbell Soup, McNeil/Johnson & Johnson, PepsiCo, WW (formerly Weight Watchers) and Barilla.

Dondeena is at her best when bringing people together with diverse perspectives to identify common ground that creates traction toward a better outcome.  She is trained to develop new products, services, and processes for transformation and business growth.  She is passionate about human-centered leadership and building effective relationships with cross-functional leaders to achieve superior results.

Her formal education includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Food Science from The Ohio State University and a Master of Science in Nutrition from Purdue University.  She believes in the broader view that our well-being fuels welldoing, is an avid reader, a big systems thinker, and as a former competitive athlete, she loves being a sports spectator while spending time with family and friends.

Panelist – Lindsay Brady,

As the Vice President and General Manager overseeing the Mainstream Frozen Meals at Conagra, which delivers $2B in net sales and that has several iconic brands and platforms including Marie Callender’s and Conagra’s emerging frozen pizza platform. Prior to joining Conagra, Lindsay held several leadership roles at Tyson Foods and Hillshire Brands. Lindsay started her post-MBA career at Campbell Soup Company and held varying leadership roles across multiple categories, brands, and business models.

In addition to working for large organizations, Lindsay has a passion for getting involved with smaller, more entrepreneurial organizations. She’s a strategic advisor for Big Idea Ventures and is on the industry board of Hatchery, a non-profit that nurtures food entrepreneurs in Chicago. Lindsay is also an advocate for equality, diversity, and inclusion and is currently the executive champion of the Women’s Employee Resources group at Conagra. Lastly, Lindsay is working to make a difference for underrepresented and underprivileged youth and is an advocate for three children in foster care.

Lindsay received her B.S. from Cornell University and her MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. She resides in Chicago, IL.
