Everywhere we go, everyone we speak to — we keep hearing that people are feeling more and more disconnected from work – and we know many of you are also feeling this or talking about it.Â

You are invited to a breakfast Thoughtluck hosted by PairUp to discuss how to foster greater connection and belonging in the workplace. We will meet on Friday, October 21st from 8-9:30am CT at 1871 (222 W Merchandise Mart Plaza #1212, Chicago, IL 60654). Breakfast treats and coffee/tea will be provided!
What is a Thoughtluck? A”thoughtluck” is an event where people gather to discuss big life questions together as a community. This one will be centered around: How might we foster greater connection and belonging at work?Â
How does it work? This gathering will involve some small group discussion, as well as some larger discussion all together as one group. No preparation in advance is necessary. Please RSVP, but day-of-drop-ins are also welcome (we just want to make sure we have enough breakfast treats for everyone!).Â
